CineSnares is the first installment of cinesamples’ next-generation orchestral percussion line. Featuring a groundbreaking combination of sampling, scripting and microphone perspectives, Cinesnares is designed to replace aging percussion libraries and add a new, fresh, realistic sound to your track.

This library was specifically developed for composers on the go, taking every advantage of Kontakt’s powerful engine to save time and contribute realism. Containing a massive 2.29 gigs of 48k/24 bit audio broken into the following types of snares: Concert Snare (Snares On/Snares Off), Military Snare, Period Snare and Piccolo Snare.
On each patch you will find useful features like “Tempo Synced Rolls” – 8 tempo dependent rolls triggered by one finger (1 beat, 2 beat, 3 beat, etc… 8 beat). This allows incredibly simple crescendo roll at the touch of a finger. You of course will be able to make your own rolls via the modwheel taking advantage of a huge variety of automatically crossfaded velocity layered rolls
CineSnares also features two different types of velocity programming: Standard and “L.A” Style Velocity stacking. Standard is the familiar all velocities to two keys while the “L.A.” Style is spread out over an octave of increasing velocities per key – allowing for extreme precision while playing within a desired dynamic range in a pianistic fashion. The manual includes the complete mapping information (as well as more detailed information).

You will also find the tri-microphone, non phasing, mixing on the fly feature to be something you could never again live with out. Having independant control over the three microphones allows you to quickly and accurately dial in the exact mix needed for your track.
You may hear the new BETA patches for Cinetoms 2.0 and CineCrash in these demos also.
